Founder & Chief Behavioral Health Consultant

My name is Tyrone Bryan. My journey to becoming a mental health change agent began in Jamaica. The scope of my professional experiences has involved working in multiple international settings across diverse environments. I spent nearly two decades in the Behavioral Healthcare field. I once worked in the U.S. territory of Guam, where I honed my social work skills, crisis intervention and evaluation, family-centered wraparound services, evidence-based advocacy for justice-involved youth, and leadership abilities. Later, I served as the director for one of the largest Behavioral Health providers in Washington State. Subsequently, I was tasked with leading the Behavioral Health department for Klickitat County in Washington. As of November 2024, I have pivoted to consulting, establishing Intrinsic Behavioral Health Solutions LLC (IBHS). At IBHS, we operate within a Christ-centered framework while utilizing Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy strategies to provide transformative problem-solving solutions for individuals and organizations facing structural and behavioral health crises. When not focused on my professional work, I coach and play football, enjoy learning about new cultures, and love reading books by Thomas Sowell. I also have a fondness for most things from South Korea. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my skills and resources to empower others through speaking engagements and training opportunities
